This week, anti-Trump media and Hollywood elites started another controversy over remarks the president made when discussing members of the MS-13 gang. Fed up with their malicious attacks and false stories, Trump is ferociously biting back.
On Wednesday, President Trump commented that members of the notorious Mara Salvatrucha gang (or MS-13) are “animals” and a threat to the U.S. His remarks came during a meeting at the White House on sanctuary cities and illegal immigration.
Listening to his remarks, it’s abundantly clear the “animals” comment came directly after Trump spoke about the dangers posed by MS-13. A gang that so just happens to be the fastest growing international crime organization (ICO) in the world. They rape women and children, traffic lethal narcotics, and kill arbitrarily.
In other words, they are animals.
However, despite Trump’s comments being recorded, left-wing media quickly ran with a different narrative. One aimed at making the president look as bad as possible. For instance, “Trump Calls Some Unauthorized Immigrants ‘Animals’ in Rant,” read the headline from the New York Times.
In addition, the Associated Press tweeted something similar but then deleted it later in the day. They posted this tweet instead, without a formal apology for purposely maligning the president. And wouldn’t you know, leftist celebrities jumped in on the name calling as well.
Although, we aren’t giving them another ounce of airtime by publishing their vile comments. Nevertheless, speaking to reporters on Thursday, Trump didn’t back down an inch.
