Some people never learn. It stands to reason, that there is absolutely nothing Hillary Clinton could say to make Trump supporters like her. Yet somehow, she can still manage to find ways to make them despise her even more.
Her most recent insult is a perfect example.
Back from the “woods,” where we all hoped she’d stay, Clinton recently gave an interview to CNN at the Women for Women International event. Speaking to Christiane Amanpour, Hillary remarked that she was back to being an “activist citizen” and “part of the resistance.” After her opening diatribe blaming everyone for her failure, she quickly returned to the familiar territory of hurling insults at Trump voters.
This time she wasn’t calling them a “basket of deplorables,” instead choosing to attack their communities and way of life. “If you drive around in some of the places that beat the heck out of me, you cannot get cell coverage for miles and even in towns,” Clinton said, going on to add that such areas need to develop, or else they’re “not going to attract and keep the jobs of the 21st century.”
Clinton, like most Democrats, still hasn’t learned that these “small-town” people are the…
Heart of America
Liberals have failed to realize that the lifeblood of this great nation does not just run through cities like New York and Los Angeles. The ebb and flow of American patriotism is not reserved for the shores of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
Far from it in fact.
Love of God, family and country stands strong in the cornfields of Kentucky. It blows fiercely across the Illinois prairie and whistles over the mountaintops of Tennessee. And the people who live in these towns change the world every day. They are mothers and fathers, farmers and fireman, teachers and police officers, and most importantly they are builders.
They are the architects of America’s future, a future they took away from Clinton and handed to Donald Trump. They may not have defined their lives by cellphone signals and 21st century gadgets-they are deeper than that. And they wake-up every morning celebrating the one thing Hillary wants but cannot have–victory.
Can you hear them now Mrs. Clinton?
