Earlier this week, several left-leaning media sites attempted to suppress the news that North Korea would free American prisoners. The truth is, they really didn’t believe the president could get it done. Seems they haven’t learned that failing isn’t an option for Donald Trump.

At 2 a.m. Thursday morning, President Trump and First Lady Melania welcomed home Kim Dong-chul, Kim Sang-duk, and Kim Hak-song. At Andrews Air Force Base, the Trumps, along with Mike and Karen Pence, greeted the men who have been imprisoned in Pyongyang.

Upon the plane’s arrival, two Maryland fire trucks flew a giant American flag to give the men a hero’s welcome. In an emotional scene, the president and first lady clapped and cheered as the now free men touched American soil. The trio waved their arms and flashed the “V” sign, a symbol of both victory and peace.
