What Obama Just Said About Trump In Chicago Will Make You Cry From Laughter

Former President Barack Obama gave a series of speeches in Chicago this week, making his hate for President Trump clearly known. During the events, not only did he did take credit for changes made by the current president, he also compared his successor to Adolf Hitler.

Without ever mentioning Trump by name, Obama took several thinly veiled shots at the president during a Q&A session at an Economic Club of Chicago gala. Resorting to what Crain’s Chicago Business called, “the usual leftist rhetoric,” Obama likened Trump’s America to Nazi Germany.

“That’s what happened in Germany in the 1930s, which despite the democracy of the Weimar Republic and centuries of high-level cultural and scientific achievements, Adolph Hitler rose to dominate,” Obama asserted. “Sixty million people died. . .  So, you’ve got to pay attention. And vote.”

Unless we are mistaken, Hitler murdered six million not sixty million. While we aren’t diminishing the seriousness of that number, the facts are important. Now, if Obama was referring to World War II casualties, then his numbers make more sense. But, given his statements at a Chicago climate summit, were presuming truth was not on his agenda.

While discussing his climate change policies, Obama took credit for recent job growth and economic improvements. “As we took these actions, we saw the U.S. economy grow consistently,” he claimed. “We saw the longest streak of job creation in American history by far — a streak that still continues, by the way.”

If that wasn’t bad enough he followed-up his false assertion with, “thanks, Obama.”

Thank President Trump

As always, it’s easy to demonstrate the inaccuracy of the former president’s claims. The stock market has enjoyed unprecedented gains under President Trump. In January alone, the Dow Jones jumped 150 points and it continues to flourish.

Additionally, in August, the unemployment rate dipped to 4.3%. The rate has been that low since August of 2007. Which, as you know, was well before Obama took office and literally sank America into a recession.

Nevertheless, what is most interesting about Obama’s unhinged rants is the reality that his policies were similar to the ideologies of Hitler. Obamacare, increased taxes on the wealthy to fund social welfare, free college tuition, attacks on Christianity… the list goes on and on.
