Thankfully, Donald Trump has once again rushed in to rescue us from oppression.

Obama held political correctness over the heads of Americans like a guillotine. He and his cronies threatened our traditional way of life by forcing us to say, “Happy Holidays,” making “Merry Christmas,” taboo.

  • Christmas trees were removed from college campuses.
  • Coaches disciplined leading athletes for prayer.
  • Teachers were no longer allowed to host class Christmas Parties, while Holiday Programs replaced Christmas Songs at school musical events.
  • Students were brainwashed to believe “Christmas” was a bad word.
  • Major corporations dictated what greetings employees were allowed to say.

It’s a wonder Obama didn’t pass a law, arresting people for, “Wishing you a Merry Christmas.”

In the last eight years, Socialist Progressives took politically correct culture to new heights. But Donald Trump is giving us back our voice by saying, “Merry Christmas.” Find out why we should say it too.

America’s Judeo-Christian Roots

Our great country was founded on Christian values. A basic set of tenets that reinforce our humanity. The hallmarks of a civilized society. Our founding fathers knew that a Christ-centered nation, based on proven biblical principles, would prosper.

For over 200 years, America remained true to her Christian upbringing. She opened her arms to the hungry, the sick, and the poor. United in the pursuit of, “Peace on Earth and goodwill toward men.” But Marxist ideologies changed all that.

Removing “Christ” from Christmas

Marxism began subtly invading our Christian culture in the 1960’s. It only took five generations for the indoctrination to come full-circle. The anti-Christian sentiment has permeated every fiber of our country — severing the ties that have bound us together.

Happy Holidays was dictated, as the politically correct term for acknowledging the Christmas season. A phrase that doesn’t “offend” non-believers, and those who refuse to assimilate. Instead of celebrating the birth of our Savior, we were told we had to cater to the PC crowd.

However, President-elect Trump is not a caterer — and he proved it with these words.

A Season for Miracles

We all enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas. The food isn’t too bad either (my holiday waistline proves that). But as Christians know, the holiday season is about more than pretty lights and neatly wrapped presents. Donald Trump’s “Merry Christmas” tweet shows he knows it too.

Christmas is about renewed hope. A time for sharing messages of love and friendship. And as Trump taught us, hot chocolate! Christmas without Christ isn’t Christmas at all. It’s just another day for which government officials get paid to eradicate our traditions.

Edmund Burke said “All it takes for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing.”

Donald Trump is a good man. He will take on evil by speaking out. We must do the same.

Monday Monday Network wishes all our readers and President Trump, a very Merry Christmas and the happiest of New Years. We urge you to help us create a Christmas miracle, by going out and sharing this hope-filled message with everyone you see. May God bless us, one and all.

Who would you like to wish a “Merry Christmas” to? Spread good cheer in our comments.
