80% Of America Won’t Be Hired By The DNC After Their Discriminative Requirements Are Exposed…

The DNC is filling several positions in their technology department, but not everyone is welcome to apply.

So, if you are a white, heterosexual male, then don’t bother polishing your resume. The DNC doesn’t want you working for them. That is the message being conveyed by the hiring team as they look to fill several vacancies in the organization. They currently have eight open spots, including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager, and Chief Security Officer.

However, despite all their virtue signaling about “inclusiveness,” their racist roots are standing out. In a recent email about the openings, the DNC states it is looking for a “staff of diverse voices and life experiences.” Although, their definition of diversity, like their political ideologies, is a bit skewed.

The DNC’s Data Service Manager, Madeleine Leader, wrote in the email that the desire for diversity excludes “cisgender straight white males, “Cisgender” is a term used to define someone who accepts their biological sex. “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority,” Leader writes.

As crazy as it sounds, Leader is right about that last part.

Straight, white men are in the majority. Several of them in fact. They are the group most likely to be the target of discrimination in 2017. They’re also the most likely to receive the label of a misogynist. Also, bully. Oh, and let’s not forget, bigot. Just look at the recent attack ad run by Democrats in Virginia, and you’ll see what they think of white men.

Speaking to The Daily Wire, an anonymous DNC insider condemns their overt racism. “Clearly the DNC is doubling down on a failed strategy that has alienated staffers and voters alike,” said the source. “We want to be judged based on the quality of our work, not on identity politics. How can we trust the leadership of the DNC if they don’t even trust us?”

Good question.
