Fox News Host Laura Ingraham is facing a heavy backlash from advertisers after tweeting about colleges rejecting activist David Hogg. To America’s thought police, telling the truth is an egregious crime that deserves swift, harsh punishment. Apologies won’t quell their vindictiveness.
That’s one of the many reasons why Laura Ingraham shouldn’t have offered one.
The latest Hogg-wash controversy began with a tweet from Ingraham. She shared a Daily Wire story about several top colleges rejecting an application from Hogg. In her tweet, she mentioned that the gun control activist wasn’t happy about the rejections.
“David Hogg Rejected By Four Colleges To Which He Applied and whines about it,” she tweeted. Her post is both harmless and truthful. Hogg did whine about the rejections, accusing the schools of not noticing that he is “changing the world.”
However, offended by the truthful tweet, Hogg immediately targeted Ingraham. He posted a list of her advertisers on Twitter and called for his cult to boycott. Soon after, several major companies, including HULU, Trip Advisor, and Expedia, dropped their ads.
Now, we’d like to say Hogg’s attack on her ended there. It didn’t. The Ingraham Angle host apologized to the snot-nosed bully and he rejected it. Let me say that again, Ingraham apologized, despite doing nothing wrong, and David Hogg REJECTED IT.
Instead, the man-child exposed his agenda when he issued the grown woman an ultimatum.
The Hogg Agenda
“I 100% agree an apology in an effort just to save your advertisers is not enough,” he tweeted. “I will only accept your apology only if you denounce the way your network has treated my friends and I in this fight. It’s time to love thy neighbor, not mudsling at children.”
Hogg is the LAST person that should talk about loving thy neighbor and mudslinging. His attacks on President Trump, Marco Rubio, Dana Loesch, the NRA, and its members are all void of love and compassion and full of hateful mudslinging.
If anyone should be apologizing, it’s the Soros funded, foul-mouthed, fit-throwing, too dumb to be allowed on television, too childish to be taken seriously, Second Amendment-hating, un-American, socialist David Hogg.
