Currently, the U.S. Government provides tax breaks for foreign governments paying U.S. dividends, income earned, or interest from their U.S. investments. Other countries can, therefore, drive up the U.S. exchange rate and give their businesses an advantage when compared to U.S. businesses and this needs to end now.
