School’s Out: Celebrate the DOG DAYS Of Summer With Fun Loving Dogs

In the words of Alice Cooper, “School’s out for summer.” It is a heady song and even as an adult, I still smile when I hear it. Summer is all about having fun. There are “no more pencils” and we don’t have any more books. Thank goodness, we don’t have to deal with “teacher’s dirty look.” We can simply enjoy the summer with our kids, our family and our dogs. After all, summer is about being together and I haven’t met a dog who doesn’t like the laid back pace of summer as they spend days on end with the people they love. Of course, dogs know how to unwind perfectly, so let these photos guide you so you can make the most of your summer holidays and unwind during these dog days of summer.

Dog Days Of Summer Means Relaxing In the Hammock

Nothing kicks off summer better than a nap, and this dog knows how to do it right.

The perfect nap on a warm summer day is definitely in a hammock swinging in the backyard. You don’t have to go anywhere for this luxury. In fact, you don’t even need much to set up this sweet spot.

However, you may want to share your hammock with your best friend. I know your dog will love lazing around with you during the warmest part of the day before you head inside for a cool drink and dinner. So take a lesson from this little guy and grab a hammock to relax in.
