In 1992, Vince Gill scored his first No. 1 hit from his fifth studio album. “I Still Believe In You” took the gorgeous tenor to the top of the charts. Gill released it as a single from the album of the same name. Impressively, Gill both wrote and recorded the hit song. And that song really set the stage for the next decades of his career.

Following the success of “I Still Believe In You”, Gill really found his stride. He had six other No. 1 hits following, as well as more than 40 singles that charted. His No. 1 hits included some amazing collaborations, including “The Heart Won’t Lie” with Reba McEntire. Gill is now a member of the Grand Ole Opry and also touring part-time with the Eagles.
