Yoga for Jiu Jitsu is focused on opening the shoulders and upper back as well as the thighs and hip flexors. There are a lot of techniques in BJJ that require a low, grappler’s posture which tightens the shoulders, upper back, and psoas muscles. This workout will help to open those areas and to help avoid injury.
