For this workout, all you’ll require is a dumbbell so it can be done almost anywhere! Grab a dumbbell and try this out as shown below :

-Dumbbell Straight-Arm Crunches – 4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
-Dumbbell Reverse Crunches – 4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
-Rotating Mountain Climbers – 4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
-Dumbbell Woodchops – 4 Sets of 10-15 Reps each way
