What is a nervous breakdown?

A nervous breakdown is when prolonged stress and pressure makes you feel as if the weight of the world is upon your shoulders. This occurs when you experience prolonged period of stress and pressures and feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. Worse, you feel anxious, nauseous and are totally overwhelmed. You don’t know what to do or how to reset your life balance. If this sounds all too-familiar, you are not alone. A mental health crisis can happen to anyone leading towards dark or suicidal thoughts. The physical symptoms that manifest as a result are also very real. So, you need help otherwise that nervous breakdown is going to be all too real.
