Full Body Workout | Beginner Gym Exercises Explained


I still recollect the first time I walked in to a gym, I would look around and find everyone lifting weights& I had NO clue what to do, which machine to use or even what muscle groups to work! So I would end up going straight to the cardio machines! This video is to show some of my favorite or even most recommended exercises to do for each muscle group … there are SO many more fluctuations and exercisings to do for each muscle group but if I had to choose a single one it would be the ones shown on this video.
