What you need:
1 whole chicken
1 can of beer (any kind)
Asparagus and garlic (optional)
Cover chicken in olive oil and spices.
Insert 2/3 full beer can into chicken and grill for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 160 degrees. (Be sure to create a “ring” of coals on the grill.)
Mince garlic and cover asparagus in oil and garlic.
Grill asparagus for 20 minutes on grill.
