I love grilling chicken legs. They are naturally tender and juicy, and as dark meat they have a lot more flavor than breast me. But there are certain techniques, tips and tricks that you can use to make sure you come up with the best grilled chicken legs.
Here, I show you how to use in direct heat on the grill to slowly cook the legs through. Oh yeah, that’s after letting them sit on a BBQ rub to pick up some extra yummy flavor. After slowly roasting on the grill, I turn up the heat and start basting on the BBQ sauce, to get the skin rendered out and crispy. The outside seared crust is a great contract to the tender juicy meat.
