For this grilled fish you’ll need…
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
6 sprigs thyme
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
3/4 teaspoon sugar
2 sprigs parsley
1/2 medium tomato
1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
If doing this recipe gluten free, do pay attention to all the ingredients listed..especially the soy sauce to make sure they meet with your specific gluten free dietary needs.
