How to Grill Lobster Tails


1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 ( 5 ounce), lobster tails.

Preheat Grill. I used a charcoal grill
Mix ingredients together
in a bowl. Split lobster tail with a knife or a scissor
clean, take out flesh and brush marinade on lobster.
Place lobster on grill. Depending on what type of grill you are using it can take anywhere from 12 to 15 minutes. Lobster will be opaque and firm to touch.
Discard and remaining marinade.
