Talk about the Season 7 Premier of the Walking Dead has been hush hush around the set. AMC has even prompted a lawsuit against a small group of spoilers looking to ruin the secret everyone has been trying to discover. The secret I’m talking about is, “Who died at the end of end of Season 6?” The question has been on everyone’s mind since the end of the season back on April 3rd.

In case you haven’t seen the end scene, Negan has the entire crew on their knees in a circle. We know for sure he kills at least one character with his beloved baseball bat. The question’s on everyone’s mind now is, “Who did he kill,” and “Did he kill just one character?” There have been many speculations as to who died at the end of Season 6. So be warned, from here on out, possible spoilers are a go.

The first speculation was that Abraham was killed, but a recent interview with The Walking Dead Executive Producer, Greg Nicotero may change that theory. During a heartfelt interview with Greg on EW he slipped up big time.

Greg was obviously not thinking when he said, “If we would have shown the deaths, then they wouldn’t have felt our characters in season 7 the way they need to,”

Did you catch the slip up? He said, “Deaths.” Not, “Death.”

Greg attempted to cover his tracks by saying, “Listen, it was the hardest two weeks of my life.” And then, “You take these actors and you drag them. You illicit the deepest, darkest fears that they’ve ever had because our actors, they’re f—ing in it. So, you spend two weeks taking them to this place and it’s horrific.”

Greg was charged throughout the entire interview. So the question is, was Greg just heated about the show and had a word fumble? Or did he slip up and give away part of the secret to one of the best kept secrets on television today?

More On The Walking Dead Producer Greg Nicotero

The Walking Dead Producer, Greg NicoteroSome say Nicotero may have been referring to other deaths that would come later in the episode. Another possibility is the transcription of the interview was typed wrong. That would be a huge mistake considering the amount of focus that’s been around the topic. If the rumors of a multiple kill scene are true however, the Season 7 Premier of the Walking Dead could be the most intense episode yet.

Who would it be? Abraham and Glenn? Or would it be one of the female characters as well? Negan is not known to kill women but maybe the Season 7 Premier is where he crosses the line. We’ll have to wait until the episode airs October 23rd on AMC to find out. Leave your opinions in the comment section below then ‘LIKE’ and ‘SHARE’ the post.
