Instagram Post Stirs Up The Internet

Walking Dead | Photo Credit Instagram One actor from The Walking Dead just posted (and quickly deleted) a photo from the series that may have actually given away the plot to the Season 8 premiere. Daniel Newman, who plays a Kingdom fighter, posted a photo on Instagram.

The photo seems innocent enough at first glance, but the background shows a location that’s unique to the photo. Andrea Lincoln (Rick Grimes), Jeremy Palko (The Kingdom) and Newman stand together.

But, in the background, it appears they’re all inside the Sanctuary.

Rick Grimes has never been to the Sanctuary on the show, and since they’re likely filming Season 8 on set, it looks like Rick’s crew is headed to attack Negan. In addition, they’ve got the Kingdom and Hilltop with them.

One site writes, “The cast began filming the eighth season premiere, which is also the series’ 100th episode, last week. Cast and crew are strictly forbidden from posting on set photos on social media until after episodes air, but apparently Newman missed the memo.”

This is yet another spoiler for the iconic zombie series.

Does This Mean Eugene Will Help?

Based on the online comments, most fans are okay with this spoiler, seeing as everyone expects for the war to begin right away in Season 8. In addition, Chandler Riggs also mentioned how much he enjoyed reading the premiere.

Since Season 7 was so slow to the action, it’s almost inevitable for Season 8 to bring an epic sixteen episodes. Fans expect for Rick Grimes and Negan to go head to head for the battle of mankind.

Based on the image above, it looks like that battle will begin in the Sanctuary. Hopefully, Eugene has some sort of play in all of this because he really needs to redeem himself with someone as both groups are somewhat against him at this point.

Do you think it’s a good idea for Rick’s group to attack first?
