Flash Movie Creates New DC Timeline

There are some wild speculations currently going on around the DC universe, where superheroes like Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman call home. It all revolves around the new Justice League movies and various DC origin stories.
Warner Brothers is planning to make a movie called Flash Point, which will show more of The Flash, similar to the recent Wonder Woman origin story. Many fans think this story could involve Batman and the Joker.
What’s more interesting is that in this new timeline, the roles of Batman and the Joker revolve around Bruce Wayne’s parents. In Zack Snyder’s version of Batman, Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) and Lauren Cohan (Martha) are Bruce’s parents.

“In the Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox animated film, Martha Wayne is the Joker. In Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Walking Dead’s Maggie actress Lauren Cohan debuted as Martha Wayne. Opposite her was Morgan as Thomas Wayne.”
“If the DC Films project elects to tell a story which sees Martha Wayne becoming the Joker, Cohan is first in line to play the part unless Warner Brothers and the unannounced filmmakers elect to recast the role.”
Jeffrey Dean Morgan As Batman

Jeffrey Dean Morgan said casting for this role occurred due to his previous roles in Snyder’s Watchmen film. “Zack [Snyder] and I go back to Watchmen days,” Morgan said. “So I’ve got a little bit of relationship with the DC losers.”
“He called me a year before we shot that…I met Lauren. It was great. I still see Lauren. It was great and yeah, is there another plan for that Thomas Wayne character?”
“We’ll see. I don’t know. I would love to be the dark Batman. That’s the darkest Batman there is. God knows I embrace the darkness.”
