Dwight Will Help Daryl Fight The Saviors
The Walking Dead Season 8 trailer just hit Comic Con in San Diego and there are a lot of predictions that can be made based on the trailer, the comic book, and some other online fan prediction after Season 7 of the AMC series.
As such, as have “21 Predictions for Season 8 On The Walking Dead” based on the initial trailer from Comic Con. As one of our big predictions, Dwight is going to fulfill his destination and help Daryl defeat the Saviors.
We saw a glimpse of this at the end of Season 7 on AMC.
What Will Happen “Tomorrow?”
In the new trailer, we see Dwight holding a piece of paper that reads “Tomorrow,” that may have been stashed in his bike, based on the spokes in the shot. This mimics two things from last season on The Walking Dead.
The note could be from Sherry, seeing as how Dwight went looking for her and the couple passed notes saying she had left for good. More likely, however, the note is from Daryl Dixon.
This started last season when Dwight left a chess piece that read, “Didn’t Know.”
Can Dwight Really Be Trusted?
When the Heapsters double-crossed Rick’s group, Dwight was as surprised as everyone else to see the betrayal. Despite the chaos, he made sure to leave this note for Daryl so the two could still work together to fight Negan.
What’s more interesting about this new alliance is whether or not Daryl will actually be able to resist killing Dwight once everything is said and done. After he left the first time, Daryl told Rick he still planned to kill Dwight.
The next issue is whether or not Dwight can be trusted. For those fans who re-watched the finale more than once, they may have noticed that Dwight never fires a shot during the first attack on the Safe Zone. Perhaps he can be trusted.
Do you think Daryl will be able to work with Dwight?
