Negan almost died several times last season on The Walking Dead. Carl took out several of his men in a plan to kill him and then Rosita fired her only bullet, but unfortunately only hit Lucille with her shot.
If Negan had died in either of these scenarios, what would have happened to his men? It’s possible that another would have taken over right away, similarly to most dictatorships in history, but given the number of Saviors who hate Negan, this may or may not be the case.
So what will happen when and if Negan does die?
