3Did Morgan Seal His Fate In “Bury Me Here?”

“Bury Me Here” was an iconic episode for Morgan. His protégé died and that led him to nearly killing himself and then killing Richard with his bare hands. The death of Richard could be interpreted one of two ways, but it will greatly affect Morgan.

Morgan killed Richard. He either did this to follow through with Richard’s original, sacrificial plan, or he did this out of pure rage. Strangling someone with your bare hands is perhaps the most brutal way to kill someone.

In addition, Morgan may have sealed his own fate by killing Richard.

Anyway, back to the fan theory. All the way back when Glenn and Abraham got killed, there was a hypothetical dinner table scene. In the scene, Glenn holds Baby Rhee and Abraham sits next to him. Also, Morgan extinguishes two lit candles.

Now, there are candles in the opening sequence. This original dinner sequence was rather odd as it seemed to be Rick’s fantasy, but perhaps it’s more telling than that. There are other odd items within the scene as well.

Perhaps the writers are trying to tell us something. Will five more characters…
