Can Negan Make Eugene Turn On Rick?
So far, Eugene has been more of a coward than a hero. Now that he’s truly under Negan’s thumb, it’s quite possible that he will use his talents to build something that will hurt Rick and the gang.

Eugene Can Make Negan Bullets
Obviously, Eugene will be able to make more bullets for Negan. Rick and the gang are already unarmed, but they’re also going to have less of an artillery than Negan’s sanctuary.

Eugene Can Make Negan Dynamite
Based on “Rock in the Road,” Negan has just lost some dynamite and he’ll need some more very soon. Eugene likely knows how to make dynamite and he’ll be able to come up with new plans for boobie-traps like the one on the highway.

Eugene Can Make Negan Maps
It looks like Negan already understands the ins and outs of Alexandria, but if he puts any pressure on Eugene, it’s possible he could get more information. Based on Eugene’s cowardice so far, he may be able to give Negan more information than he already has or create a map of the communities.

Eugene Can Make New Weapons
In one clip, it looks like Eugene is making some sort of chemical explosive. Based on Eugene’s vast knowledge, he may be able to make weapons that no one has ever seen before when threatened.
