Kaley Cuoco On Proper Diet
It’s pretty obvious that fitness and proper diet are extremely important for The Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco. The 31-year-old actress focuses on eating right and working out in the yoga studio to keep her physique.
While partnering with Panera Bread, the actress revealed that she sticks to clean meals. “I haven’t been eating that much meat lately. So I’m kind of into tofu, which is a new thing for me, and a lot of vegetables.”
The star said she completely cut out sugary drinks and other high-calorie content. “I do think we forget how many calories are even in just like a juice. No one realizes it’s hundreds of calories!”
Cheat Meals And Finding Balance
