To stay in killer shape, she enjoys hot yoga and spinning, but hates running. For fun, she used to be nationally ranked in tennis and still plays recreationally. Cuoco has also been an avid horse rider since her teens.

Big Bang Actress Talks Cheat Days
Women’s Health writes:
“Another way she stays healthy and happy: Indulging her cravings from time to time. “Tonight I’ll be going to In-N-Out and doing one of their grilled cheeses, massive fries, and a shake,” she says.
“That’d be a cheat for me.” All splurges aside, Kaley isn’t afraid to admit that she has to work hard to stay fit. “Bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21 anymore,” she says. “It used to be so easy, I didn’t have to do as much. Now, it’s part of my day—working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”
Cheat days are well-known for successful diets and successful dieters.
Celebrities Who Love Their Cheat Days
In addition to Kaley Cuoco’s cheat days, other stars like The Rock and fitness guru Tim Ferriss are known for their epic cheat days. During the week, they eat clean and pure, but on Saturday, they dive in to major meals.
Kaley Cuoco enjoys burgers and shakes, but a monster like The Rock might eat several pizzas, a dozen pancakes, a dozen donuts, and other piles of food that will equal thousands of calories.
According to Tim Ferriss, having one day off each week can curve those cravings, but also set a spike to your system that keeps your metabolism moving.
