With Simon Helberg working on a new comedy, Johnny Galecki considering the Roseanne reboot, and Jim Parsons working on Young Sheldon, it would appear that Kaley Cuoco felt out of the loop.

Luckily, the actress from The Big Bang Theory has signed on to create a joint venture between her new company and Warner Brothers called The Flight Attendant. The new limited series will also star Kaley Cuoco.

The series comes from a novel by Chris Bohjalian by the same name.

Pop Culture writes, “The novel centers on a binge-drinking and self-loathing flight attendant who wakes up one morning and finds her latest bed partner dead. The woman then tries to piece together what happened the night of the murder all while lying to those around her.”

This Kaley Cuoco’s first venture from her company, Norman Productions. Currently, there’s no indication as to whether or not this will interfere with her work as Penny on the hit CBS comedy.

The Big Bang Theory comes from Warner Brothers, so it shouldn’t affect the show.

Since The Flight Attendant will only be a limited series, it’s possible that she could shoot the entire series while on break from The Big Bang Theory. It’s also possible she could step away on occasion to film both at the same time.

A third option would be to push The Flight Attendant until after The Big Bang Theory comes to a series end. Many rumors are spreading that she show will end after the twelfth season on CBS.

Based on how the various actors are attaching themselves to other projects, this rumor sounds more and more accurate every day. Regardless of how Kaley Cuoco handles the switch, she is obviously thrilled about the new series.

“We cannot wait to start work on our first project, The Flight Attendant,” she wrote. “Thank you to everyone who made this possible (Especially Norman).”

Are you looking forward to this new series from Kaley Cuoco?
