I have to be honest with you guys. I never thought this would happen. Despite the back and forward information, I didn’t think the cast members of the Big Bang Theory would actually go through with leaving. But the worst just may happen. Could this be the end of the Big Bang Theory?
The Rumor Mill
We know that Kaley Cuoco has been allegedly threatening to leave the show after the 11th season. This information has also been flip flopping to she is and she isn’t. Then some rumors leaked that Johnny Galecki would leave if Cuoco left. Now, sources are saying that all three of the high rollers may be leaving. That’s right, Jim Parsons is now in the mix. The Big Bang Theory could never be the same!
Apparently, the 30-year old actress’ demand for a higher salary had somewhat triggered the staff to exclude her from the next story lines of the series ).
The Big Three
Galecki is still debating. It can be said that the two characters have an inseparable bonding and relationship on the tenth and previous seasons of the series. They did get married. So, if a possible exit from Cuoco is indeed going to happen, Galecki thinks the show would never be the same again as it originally is.
Morning Ledger also reported that Jim Parsons is also rumored to exit The Big Bang Theory after it was reported that the production team could not afford his rate of pay.
Moreover, Cuoco’s diva attitude may also cause her possible termination from the show. She was reported to be insecure that the story line was not focused on her relationship with Galecki’s character anymore.
The Future?
The future doesn’t look good, according to rumored hints by executive producer, Steven Molaro. So how would the show go on without them? Really, if all three exit?
When asked the future of the show, the producer said, “I don’t know.” He added that the writers are taking it one step at a time and have not really thoroughly discussed the issue. About the salary issues, Molaro said that it is not for him to worry about putting up the numbers for the actors involved.
However, the studio has not really spoken about the speculations presented, and fans of the hit television sitcom are eagerly waiting for the official statement they might give in the near future.
Say it isn’t so!
Let’s hope this only speculation. If any of this is true, it could be bad. I do think the show would be weird without Kaley. I mean Leonard is married to Penny. But, I don’t think the show could go on with Leonard or Sheldon.
None of these rumors have been addressed yet. So, maybe we shouldn’t start out right panicking yet. However, it seems that things just keep getting more and more grim.
