Geek has been the new sexy and “in thing” for a while now. But then there are the nerds who hide their sex appeal. Take Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz from The Big Bang Theory. She’s so cute she should come with a warning. But few would call her glamorous. Melissa Rauch is another story, however.

What’s not to love about Dr. Rostenkowski-Wolowitz? The name alone is tons of fun, not to mention her nerdy, elfin persona and screech owl Snow White voice. But there’s a sexy side to Melissa Rauch under cuteness. While never obese by any means, Rauch looks chubbier in the doll-like costumes she wears on Big Bang Theory. But in real life, the actress is something of a style maven.

Melissa eats a healthy diet and keeps in shape though she is often overshadowed by co-star Kaley Cuoco. She is always seen covered on Big Bang Theory. Speaking of Kaley, let’s give her some credit. Kaley Cuoco works hard to keep her body in shape and looking great. Kaley works out with her personal trainer, George C. King and he revealed to Shape magazine some of the target areas she likes to focus on to achieve her amazing body. Her primary focus is on her butt, abs, and arms. Cuoco also likes to do whole-body workouts that involve three to six different exercises.

One of Kaley’s favorites is ab exercises. Her favorite exercise circuits are BOSU Ball sit-up to squat jump, alternating prone dumbbell triceps kickbacks on the floor, and plank jumping jacks. All of these exercises ramp up fat burning and increase fitness and endurance.

Even though Cuoco has always been active from riding horses since she was a small child, she did not like working out in the gym at first, according to her trainer. She still finds it burdensome but does it because she knows the benefits of keeping healthy and active. She does yoga, swimming, and still rides horses as other forms of exercise.

Kaley Cuoco’s diet is free of white bread, white rice, and white potatoes. If she eats carbs, she does it in the morning at breakfast or lunchtime, so that her body has time to burn it off. This method allows her to avoid carbs at dinner time and she eats protein and leafy greens or vegetables instead.

With all the exercise and dieting, it’s no wonder these ladies are always looking good.
