Fans of Kaley Cuoco have been rooting for Kaley to get back on the horse after her rocky marriage to Ryan Sweeting. It looks like the actress has done just that. The Big Bang Theory star took to social media outlet, Instagram, to show her new beau, Karl Cook, some love.
According to International Business Times, the 30-year-old has recently posted a cute photo on her Instagram account.
In the black and white picture, Cuoco and Cook could be seen facing each other with their eyes closed and all smiles. She captioned the picture as, “Missing this sweet ♥ so much! Get back here, Mr!” The message contains heart and kiss emojis.
Fans loved the post and left heartfelt comments. One fan wrote how glad she is that Cuoco found someone who makes her happy. Another fan contributed that Cuoco is very lucky to have found someone who shares the same passion for horses like her.
Before Cook, Cuoco secretly dated her The Big Bang Theory, co-star Johnny Galecki for around two years. They remained on good terms even after the relationship ended; which is good because they work together, after all.
Apparently, there was someone before Sweeting; she became engaged to addiction specialist Josh Resnik in 2011. However, the engagement was over by March 2012. It’s ironic that the guy was an addiction specialist. Where was he when Kaley married Sweeting?
Of course, professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting was next, and the couple got married in 2013. However, they got divorced in 2015.
In September, Cuoco appeared on The Talk and revealed that she and Cook first met at a horse show. “I finally found my horse guy. It was meant to be,” she said.
Cuoco further praised her boyfriend for being such an incredible athlete. She stated that Cook is an amazing equestrian and great man. With their mutual passion for horses and dogs, their relationship has some common ground.
Karl isn’t the only famous rider in his family. His mother, Signe Ostby, rode competitively and is the owner of a lot of the horses Cook has in his competitions. Karl’s father, Scott Cook, a director of eBay and Procter & Gamble, is also a horse lover. Karl’s sister, Annie-Laurie Cook, is a competitive horseback rider as well.
After a promising start in his career, E! Online reports that Cook hit a wall in 2012 and even considered quitting the sport. He didn’t throw in the towel because, well, he’s not qualified to do anything else at all. “It sounds silly, but I didn’t know how to do anything else,” he told The Chronicle of the Horse magazine. “I really didn’t want to go to school, so it was either that and be very unhappy, or really get after riding.”
The couple made their first official apperance4 at the Longines Masters Los Angeles Gala in Long Beach, Calif., on Thursday, Sept. 29, Entertainment Tonight reported. The two of them were all smiles as they held hands and posed for photos.
