Johnny Galecki’s Just Got A New Show, And It’s Been Picked Up By CBS…
The Big Bang Theory fans are anxiously awaiting Season 11 and the new Sheldon Spin-off.
But now there’s more to add to the ever confusing news about Season 11…
Johnny Galecki is going to have his own new series too.
Reports have been made that CBS has ordered a new Pilot produced by Galecki, and the premise sounds very fascinating.
Well, It’s Called “Living Biblically”…
Living Biblically has officially been picked up by CBS. It’s a comedy pilot series, with Johnny Galecki as executive producer. The show is said to be a coming-of-age-story. It will follow the unconventional life of a boy who chose to “live by the book.” When we say “live by the book” we don’t mean walking around doing random acts of kindness and preaching. This boy has taken a vow to follow ALL of the rules– things like no shell-fish, no fabric mixing, no touching a woman while she’s menstruating.
There are some pretty hard to follow rules in the bible. For example, fabric mixing occurs in almost all articles of clothing in modern times. There’s promise in this show that there will be enough content to keep things interesting and definitely funny.

The show is based on a best-selling book written by AJ Jacobs. Jacobs describes his work on his website, “Well, I grew up in a very secular home (I’m officially Jewish but I’m Jewish in the same way the Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant). I’d always assumed religion would just wither away and we’d live in a neo-Enlightenment world. I was, of course, spectacularly wrong. So was I missing something essential to being a human? Or was half the world deluded?”
This will definitely be a show to watch. There will be multiple cameras filming. The man who wrote 2 Broke Girls wrote the pilot, and with Galecki producing you know it will be good. Will you be tuning in for Johnny Galecki’s new show?
