Hopefully, you’ve gotten over your post-Duck Dynasty sadness hangover (but you probably haven’t). To cheer you up, let’s see what the cast said about the final episode.
The Robertsons enjoy each other as they wrap up the last shots of Duck Dynasty (source: Facebook) The final episode aired March 29, and some of the Robertsons had some things to say about it.
“HEY YOU!!! Did you know the FINALE OF [Duck Dynasty] IS ON !!!!!! AHHHHH,” Sadie Robertson wrote on Instagram. “This is insane.”
She seems super excited. But she wasn’t done.
“I’m so thankful for everything the show has done for me and my family,” she wrote. “LOVE YOU ALL. Thanks for making a show with a prayer at the end of it the most watched reality TV show on cable.”
Korie Robertson posted a photo on Twitter showing her and her family gathered together to watch the last episode together. Touching, to say the least.

Willie Robertson, Korie’s husband and CEO of Duck Commander and Buck Commander, also was pumped for the last episode. He tried to get the conversation going on Twitter:
Tonight’s the night. Series finale of Duck Dynasty. The fam is all watching together. Who’s with us?
— Willie Robertson (@williebosshog) March 29, 2017
He also tweeted a teasing remark aimed at his Uncle Si, something that has been a recurring theme throughout the show’s history. Uncle Si usually gets made fun of, and he seems okay with it.
Has there ever been a better idea than a roast of Uncle Si?

Even Phil Robertson, patriarch of the show and famously anti-technology, posted on social media to get people excited. He posted a heart-felt thank-you to his fans on Facebook.
Did you catch the final episode of Duck Dynasty? Thank you for welcoming us into your home for so many years. Here’s to many more years of faith, family and ducks. – Phil

A&E got into the fun as well.
They posted a touching and funny video on Twitter about the end of the show, narrated by Willie.
After 5 years of family fun and quacky adventures, #DuckDynasty has sounded its last call. pic.twitter.com/ZTg307uV3z

Jase Robertson shot out a tweet (or would it be a duck call?) thanking the fans and showing his appreciation for every supporter.
It’s been a good ride @DuckDynastyAE especially supporting our vets and encouraging so many kids battling various challenges. Love our fans!
