Sadie Robertson’s Live Original tour was so successful this year that the 20 year old Duck Dynasty alum was able to write a second book for the series. What makes the tour so popular? Sadie’s special guests certainly help.
Sadie Robertson’s Tour Success
wow. thank you. This has been the most amazing season. I came into this tour excited to see what God would do in every room and every person who walked in the door, but what was crazy is even in this public space i was blown away night after night by what God did inside of me. Every moment behind stage listening to the sound of worship and watching people lay down the things that they came in carrying and be embraced by God made me cry every night in the sweetest of tears and fall so much more in love with who God is. The people on this tour changed me for the better and strengthened me to a new level. Laughs and Unity all around. There is a lot of bad news in the world going on, but their is a generation rising up and being stirred who are going out RUNNING with a light that will radiate ❤️ Encouraged. Inspired. Free. Redeemed. Strengthened. Original. #Fearless.
Sadie Robertson’s Live Original tour hit venues all across the country in 2017. It was met with packed audiences and rave reviews as the 20-year-old brought special guests to each state. Sadie wrote, “This has been the most amazing season. Of course, it’s not just Sadie that draws huge crowds and keeps them coming back. Sadie can credit some of her success to her big brother, John Luke Robertson. John Luke toured with Sadie, taking a back seat when it came to the spotlight but putting in his fair share of work nonetheless.
Though the tour carries Sadie’s name, John Luke speaks at almost every venue and is a huge part of the event. One reviewer wrote, “When Sadie’s brother, John Luke came on stage to warm up the crowd for Sadie and told everyone that he was going to turn us into a summer camp, I felt skeptical. It was a large audience — how did they expect to build camaraderie among such a wide group of people But he accomplished it. John Luke made everyone laugh, then he put us all in groups to talk to one another and decide stuff together. By the end of it, he turned the audience into a big family rather than separate individuals and it was amazing.”
Sadie also invited the musical group Anthem Lights to tour with her, among other acts. Anthem Lights has a huge following of over 91 thousand on Instagram. You can bet some of their fans attended the tour just to see them. The group sings Christian worship music and is comprised of four dashing young men.
Sadie was also joined by best friend Laney Redmond and a whole host of other guests. Fans had no idea what was in store for them when the attended. That’s what made the tour so great.
Sadie Robertson was smart to bring along her family and friends to help her create such a successful show. Did you attend the Live Original tour?
