She Sung for a Christmas Album

In 2013 the Robertson family released their very own Christmas album, titled “Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas.” In the album, Sadie Robertson sang the song “Away in a Manger” along with Alison Krauss.

She Rocked Dancing with the Stars

DANCING WITH THE STARS – “Episode 1901” — “Dancing with the Stars” is back with an all-new celebrity cast and fresh show format. The competition begins with the two-hour season premiere, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET). The premiere episode kicked off with a spectacular live opening number featuring the entire cast and judges. In 2014 Sadie competed on the nineteenth season of “Dancing with the Stars,” in which she danced with Mark Ballas. She did excellent in the competition, coming in second. The winner was actor Alfonso Ribeiro, best known for his work on the television series “Silver Spoons” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”

She’s Super Athletic

In addition to her singing and dancing abilities, Sadie Robertson is very athletic. She participates in tennis, basketball, and javelin. In 2013 Sadie was sixth in the state of Louisiana in the latter sport.

She’s a Model

Along with designer Sherri Hill, Sadie Robertson has started her own clothing line, known as Live Original. In 2013 Sadie participated in New York Fashion Week, during which she walked the runway while wearing her line of clothing.

She’s an Author!

In the summer of 2015, Sadie Robertson had her book, titled “Live Original: How the Duck Commander Teen Keeps It Real and Stays True to Her Values,” published. In this self-help book Sadie gives teens her values and advice, with chapters titled “Never Give Up,” “Shake the Hate,” “Confidence is Key,” and “Dream Big.” Her newest book, “Life Just Got Real” is a great young-adult read about friendships between girls from the opposite sides of the tracks (err, woods).
