“Rocking The White House”

Last week, former vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, joined Kid Rock and Ted Nugent for a visit to the White House. The trio joined President Trump for dinner and a private tour of the White House. The four of them discussed general policies and talked about entertainment and politics.
In a telephone interview, Nugent expresses his elation at getting to spend time with President Trump, whom he referred to as a “relaxed and gracious” host.
“We were there for four hours, man! He gave us a wonderful personal tour of every room and talked about the origins of every carpet and every painting — there was a Monet — and then we had dinner.”
Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, touted the meeting as being a “thank you” for Palin’s support during the 2016 presidential campaign, but Nugent felt it was much more than that. “It was like a family reunion,” he said. “None of us expected this.” However, this was not the most interesting part of the evening.
The trio stopped to pose for a picture, that has since gone viral, underneath the portrait of Hillary Clinton. And let’s just say, that picture speaks far more than…

In the photo, Palin and Nugent seemed to be enjoying the fact that Hillary only existed in the White House via her portrait. Kid Rock stood with his arms folded, albeit with a somewhat ornery look on his face. Naturally, the picture instantly triggered fans of both Obama and Clinton.
Obama’s photographer, Pete Souza, slammed the photo as being disrespectful on his Instagram, posting a picture of Obama with his then Chief-of-Staff, Bill Daley, sitting underneath the portrait of Ronald Reagan. Souza captioned the photo with one word, “class.” Seems that Souza forgot that respect is earned.
The picture was more than appropriate considering it was the very classless Clinton who referred to people like Palin, Nugent, and Kid Rock as “deplorable” and beyond redemption. Palin wrote about the visit on her website and shared some behind the scenes pictures with President Trump-noting that she invited Kid Rock and Ted Nugent because “Jesus was booked.”
