Impeach Maxine
Photo credit: KABC It is incredibly satisfying to see a hypocritical liberal get a taste of their own medicine. Which, is exactly what happened to Democratic Congresswoman, Maxine Waters, this week. Waters has spent the better part of six months, bashing President Trump and consistently calling for him to be impeached.
The problem is, she has also spent 35 years in Congress, doing absolutely nothing for her constituents especially Latinos and African Americans. Two groups, she claims to care about the most. Now, they are sick and tired of her empty promises and baseless attacks on the president. And, they decided to let her know in the best possible way.
Dozens of protesters, led by Omar Navarro, a former opponent who lost to Waters in 2016, showed up outside her LA home chanting “Impeach Maxine.” The group included several members of the black community, as well as, members from “Latinos for Trump.” Just to up the irritation factor, they also brought along a local mariachi band.
Navarro told 790 KABC that he is gearing up to challenge Waters’ again in 2018. “See Maxine is talking about impeaching President Donald Trump and yet she doesn’t ask herself what about her? What about her not doing her job for 35 years?” asked Navarro. Protesters also criticized her…

“She is not representing her constituents, especially the black constituents,” said one protester. “She thinks by putting down our president, we’re going to like her more. Every time she talks, she makes me want to throw up.” When you think about it, that’s all people like Waters, Schumer, and Pelosi ever do.
Instead of focusing on the real problems facing the communities they represent, they spend their time harping on fake stories intended to impugn the credibility of their opponents. They can’t win in a fair fight, so they fight dirty. Lord knows they have no valid argument, so they tell lies and slander their enemies.
However, this is the first time we are hearing about protesters turning the tables on their liberal counterparts, and we can only say it’s about time. For far too long, they have caused disruption at every turn and done their best to silence the opposition. It’ll be fun to see how they like it for a change.
