Walker Stalker Cruise Gears Up For 2018
The Walker Stalker Cruise is gaining some major traction as fans prepare to line up and meet their favorite actors from The Walking Dead. Some star announcements have already begun to trickle in as Dead fans prep for next year’s off-season.
Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) are two of the biggest stars that have confirmed the cruise, but creator Robert Kirkman has also just announced his attendance.
These are three regulars for the big event.
Lauren Cohan, Alanna Masterson Confirm
Movie Pilot writes:
“Actors Lauren Cohan (Maggie Rhee), Alanna Masterson (Tara) and executive producer and director Greg Nicotero will also set to sail. And don’t worry if your favorite stars’ names don’t appear yet, as there are even more guests yet to be announced!”
“The 2017 cruise was chock full of big names, including Tom Payne (Jesus), Ross Marquand (Aaron), Chandler Riggs (Carl Grimes) and Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), in addition to some of the other stars who have already been confirmed as returning for the 2018 cruise.”
More Guests Will Join Before Big Event
The next event is a four-night part where 2,500 fans are invited to travel from New Orleans to Cozumel, Mexico. On board, guests are invited to see their favorite actors speak about their favorite show.
In addition, there are theme nights, autograph opportunities, photo ops, cosplay contents, live music, and many more activities for fans to get their Dead on. Beyond the basic The Walking Dead events, fans are also invited to simply relax and enjoy the many benefits of the vacation cruise.
It’s still early on in the booking process, so there will likely be more character actors to sign on for the big, week-long event. There are also going to be some new characters added in Season 8, so they may announce their attendance last minute.
