Carol And Tara Prepare For War
The Walking Dead Season 8 trailer just hit Comic Con in San Diego and there are a lot of predictions that can be made based on the trailer, the comic book, and some other online fan prediction after Season 7 of the AMC series.
As such, as have “21 Predictions for Season 8 On The Walking Dead” based on the initial trailer from Comic Con. In one shot, we see Carol and Tara on a bridge, only to find out they’re waiting for Daryl to lead through a walker parade.
As the herd moves underneath, they’ll likely follow up behind them.
Carol Thinks About Cherokee Rose
As Carol looks over at a cartoon-like flower on the side of the bridge, she’s probably thinking about the Cherokee Rose story that Daryl told her when her daughter went missing and later turned up reanimated.
Throughout the series, the creators have tossed in these small symbols to remind us of that iconic scene. Last season, when she was living outside the kingdom, many of her pillows and clothing had the flowers on them.
Now, however, she’s considering what’s next for her as the war gears up.
Tara Misses Denise More Than Ever
Tara is also out for vengeance. We saw a new side of her last season when Dwight showed up in the jail cell. She told Daryl to kill him right there on the spot, and audiences were reminded that she lost Denise due to Dwight.
Now, these two are sitting alone on a bridge and Daryl rounds up hundreds, if not thousands, of walkers to bring to Negan’s gate. Once they pass underneath, Carol and Tara will likely follow behind as some sort of clean-up crew.
Once the first attack happens on the Sanctuary, and then Daryl leads the walker parade to Negan’s door, there will likely be a second wave of attack. Carol and Tara may lead this attack.
Do you think this war will get the best of Carol?
