Fans are pumped to know that the return of The Big Bang Theory is right around the corner. There are many changes that occur during the show. However, one thing that has stayed the same is that Kaley Cuoco always manages to stay in really good shape.
Kaley Cuoco is an actress playing an actress. Besides Penny’s love of wine, it’s clear she puts in some work when it comes to her diet and exercise. Cuoco is an avid tennis player and horseback rider, but there’s a lot more to her workout.
The actress has even teamed up with Panera to promote new craft beverages that show calorie sounds and sugar measurements printed on the cup.
Cuoco Talks Sodas, Horses, And Yoga

Cuoco said, “I do love a soda every once in a while but I had no idea there were 17 and a half spoonfuls of sugar in a soda.” She said of the cups, “We forget what we’re drinking, but this tells how many calories and how much sugar there is and it keeps you accountable.”
In addition to watching what she eats, she also goes horseback riding daily with her boyfriend Karl Cook and practices yoga. “We go at least five days a week,” she explained. “It’s a huge part of my life. I think it’s very important to find an activity I enjoy. Going to the gym sucks and horseback riding is a great workout — people don’t realize that.”

When the series returns, most of the focus has revolved around Sheldon and Amy’s proposal, but there are rumors that Howard and Bernadette will be having a second child in Season 11 of TBBT.
With all of this news, there hasn’t been much time to discuss Leonard and Penny, but it’s possible these two could also find themselves expecting very soon.
