“I tried spinning. I tried running. I tried yoga. I tried Pilates,” said Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco in an interview with Women’s Health Magazine.

Eventually, the star settled on an approach between the various methods.

“I realized I don’t like running… I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and it was like, this is my thing,” said Cuoco, relieved to find an exercise she enjoyed.

Despite finding something she enjoyed, Cuoco still has trouble getting out of bed to hit the gym just like the rest of us.

“Though the 31-year-old loves her CorePower Yoga classes, she admits that she doesn’t necessarily jump out of bed to do it every day. “Sometimes do I want to get up in the morning and do it?” she says.”

“No. But when I get out, I feel like a million bucks.” As for her other fave workouts? Kaley is super-passionate about horses. (That’s how she and pro equestrian boyfriend, Karl Cook, first bonded!).”

“Horseback riding is way more physical than most people realize, she adds. Those workouts are sure to torch calories, but abs like Kaley’s are often made in the kitchen…”

For breakfast, the actress eats peanut butter on toast every morning. For lunch, she’ll eat half a sandwich and then for dinner, she tries to eat something like salmon and vegetables, or some other sort of fish.

As for other forms of meat, she says she’s done. “No more meat,” said the actress. When it comes to those late night cravings that everyone gets, she settles for more peanut butter. But she tries it on apple slices for a late night snack.
